The Average down time is 1-2 weeks from start to finish depending on the complexity of the remodel. Once the pool is refilled after Plaster, It takes 1 week before you can start swimming. PH has to be closely monitored for the 1st 30 days.
Currently, we are using Non Colored Quartz Products and NPT Stonescapes Mini Pebble.
The Average cost to resurface a pool and spa with new Tile as of 2025 is around 10-13,000 Dollars depending on the pool finish Material. The upper price would be for Mini Pebble.
